The Browns traded Brady Quinn to the Broncos on Sunday.
The Browns received RB Peyton Hillis, a sixth-round pick in 2011 and a condition pick in 2012 in return for the 2007 first-round pick.
"I appreciate everything Brady did for us last year and in his three seasons with the Cleveland Browns," Browns coach Eric Mangini said. "He is professional in the way he goes about doing his job and worked extremely hard at every aspect of his game. I wish him the best of success in Denver."

Browns Acquire Wallace From Seahawks
The Seahawks have traded backup quarterback Seneca Wallace to the Browns for an undisclosed pick in 2011.
Wallace, a seven-year veteran, had spent his entire career in Seattle.
Cleveland general manager Mike Holmgren always liked Wallace during his many years in Seattle.
"This will give Seneca a chance for a fresh start," Seattle general manager John Schneider said in a statement. "The Browns front office's familiarity with his abilities will give him an opportunity to compete for playing time. We wish him nothing but the best."
Eagles Trade Reggie Brown To Bucs
The Eagles have traded wide receiver Reggie Brown to the Buccaneers for an undisclosed pick in 2011.
The Tampa Tribune reports that the pick will be in the sixth round.
Agent Bill Johnson said Monday night his client is "grateful to have the opportunity to go to Tampa."
Falcons Send CB Houston To Lions
The Lions reportedly acquired cornerback Chris Houston from the Falcons on Sunday in exchange for a sixth-round pick and the swapping of fifth-rounders.
Atlanta recently signed Dunta Robinson to a six-year, $57 million deal, making Houston expendable.
Jets Trade Rhodes To Cardinals
The Cardinals have acquired safety Kerry Rhodes from the Jets in exchange for a fourth-round pick this year and a seventh-rounder in 2011.
Rhodes is expected to fill the hole left by Antrel Rolle, who signed with the Giants as a free agent.
"He fits a lot of the things that we do defensively," Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt said in a statement, "and the prospect of having him alongside a perennial All-Pro like Adrian Wilson is very exciting."
Ravens Acquire Boldin For Picks
The Cardinals traded Anquan Boldin, a Pro Bowler who's been unhappy with his contract for nearly two years, and a fifth-round draft pick to the Baltimore Ravens for third- and fourth-round selections in the 2010 draft.
Boldin received a contract extension upon completion of the deal, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Boldin's arrival could mean free agent WR Derrick Mason, the Ravens' all-time leading receiver, may not be back.
Jets Complete Cromartie Trade
The San Diego Chargers traded cornerback Antonio Cromartie to the New York Jets for an undisclosed 2011 draft choice.
Cromartie, 25, started 45 of 70 regular season and postseason games played during four seasons for the Chargers, contributing 15 interceptions.
